Get familiar with running Litmus tests locally

In order to be able to start running Litmus tests against local test cluster the following steps might be helpful:

• Get local cluster up and running using kubone
• Fromidpe/litmus run the litmus:
  • python litmus_run_master.py --product-version 2 --gateway http://localhost:9999 --flux http://localhost:8093 --transpilerde http://localhost:8098 --storage http://localhost:6060 --etcd http://localhost:2379 --no-chronograf --tests src/cloud/rest_api/ --namespace twodotoh --kubeconf /Users/<username>/.kube/config
