Chronograf Admin | All Users - user SuperAdmin toggle does not change its state upon clicking #5978

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go to Chronograf Admin - All Users
  2. create a new user
  3. use a toggle to change whether the user is a super admin

UserSuperAdminToggle

Expected behavior: The toggle should visualize a current state.

Actual behavior: The user SuperAdmin toggle doesn't change its state upon clicking on it. To see the new state you have to manually reload the page.
