Updated all Icon sizings. There were a lot of uneven sizes (15 x 16, etc). Most icons have been updated to 24 x 24.
This is still not a final fix. It allows icons to be sized at 24 x 24 or 20 x 20, but more work will need to be done.
Updating icon size on icomoon is simply resizing the icons vs. adding white space to make it the true size.
This PR however will fix the subway nav alignement.
The size of the subway nav circles and icon have been increased to 38 px and 20 px, though.
