The current accordion component in clockface has incorrect, unintuitive collapse and open caret directions. Also the carets are out of date icons I believe.

Describe the solution you'd like
When collapsed the caret should be pointing to the right and when open the caret should be pointing down. Also, let's update to the new arrow icons from remix icon.
