Added template for collecting Jetson Stats based on the recent blog post.

You'll need to use the [Example README[(https://github.com/influxdata/community-templates/blob/master/Example_readme.md) as a template for your README.md. The InfluxDB UI parses this file to show users information about your template, so it needs to have the same sections
