Thank you @bpalani - what is our troubleshooting process now? Check query's timestamp precision and time range? Check org and bucket? Hard refresh browser? Others? Does "try" mean they verified their data's been ingested but not visible or that they don't know if data has been ingested?

Describe the issue here. This was raised by Manny/SE team to provide a step by step process for users to follow who try to ingest their data, but do not see the data on Cloud 2 when they browse through the UI
