Two questions re: influxd-ctl node-labels #2631

Does both set and update work to update a label?

Do we document the node-labels [options] somewhere? Didn't see -nodeid or -labels other than in examples...do we have other options?

Looks like there is no update subcommand: https://github.com/influxdata/plutonium/blob/1c20513cd985f9ea832f785f2105c82b73ec633f/cmd/influxd-ctl/nodelabels/command.go#L52-L60

Not sure where I got that idea from...
