Update Use Telegraf to write data doc to clarify that Telegraf must be manually installed to use with Cloud. Not explicitly clear it's part of step 1,2... that Cloud users need to take to use Telegraf.

  1. Install Telegraf.
  2. Configure Telegraf: a. Do one of the following:
    • Configure automatically
      • Configure manually b. Use Telegraf plugins
