Installation instructions for RHEL/CentOS outdated #3956

The given baseurl in the docs is https://repos.influxdata.com/rhel/\$releasever/\$basearch/stable while the one given in the README is https://repos.influxdata.com/stable/\$basearch/main. The html docs must have been overlooked in during the change in https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/pull/10905
