Document the high level flow of data in Telegraf #4564

Feedback: No deeper Information how Telegraf processing the section input, processing and output....where is the global view of processing documented as text?

Suggestions: As an introduction to Telegraf, we should explain the flow of data and Telegraf collects it from inputs, processes it with processor plugins, applies aggregates, then outputs data to a target.

We did a course on this specific concept for the Telegraf InfluxDB U course so maybe some stuff can be reused?
