Update Grafana documentation for v1, v2, and Enterprise #5393

Closes #5361

This updates Grafana documentation for InfluxDB v1, v2, and Enterprise to use Grafana 10.3+ which introduced the udpated InfluxDB connector. It also fixes a few bugs with tabbed content and InfluxDB URL selector buttons.
