Remove note per DAR 101 #2926

Hi Dan, I removed the note you requested, and noticed a couple other places we may need to update? What, if anything do we want to say about when to use the "export/import" commands other than not with a "large" data set?

If I am reading this correctly we are stating things backwards. Export and import are going to produce large files and take a long time to import particularly when there is a lot of data on disk

Yes, thank you, @Joe-Influx ! We're removing the recommendation to use export and import for "large" data. Question now is, when to recommend backup and restore utilities versus import/export? And what do we want to recommend for moving "large" data?
