[v1 shell] EXPLAIN ANALYZE formatted poorly in table format

Assuming this will persist to the new table format (I'm using the one from the add-repl-table-format branch), the text looks wonky in a table.

For reference, the pretty formatting looks like this (column format -- csv also achieves this):

I think we have two options:

• format it better in the table cell
• error and tell the user to use the column format for explain plans. I would also error on the JSON format as it's weird lookin too, for this
