Is there a plan/road map to release OLEdb.net/ODBC driver to write to Influx DB, instead of HTTP endpoint, which can improve performance

There have been a number of discussions about this, but we haven't created such a driver. If we do, it would be for Flux. Can you tell me more about your use case, target technologies you plan to integrate with? We might have a different alternative for you?

We are looking at OData as well. There is a very early community project that exists here: https://github.com/openbufo/influxdb-odata-server
