The sflow collection plug-in cannot obtain sflow data. #12366

Use Case

sflow-RT and tcpdump obtain the sflow data of port 6343. However, telegraf could not obtain sflow data. And the telegraf configuration is fine.

[[inputs.sflow]] service_address = "udp4://:6343"

Expected behavior

It is hoped that telegraf can obtain the data of sflow.

Actual behavior

telegraf failed to collect sflow data.

Additional info

Why can Sflow-RT obtain sflow data, but sflowtool cannot obtain sflow data, and therefore telegraf cannot obtain sflow data?
