Input Plugin using the Cloudtrail or Cloudwatch Log Group for getting the AWS Events #13439

Use Case

I want the plugin to get all aws events and save it in influxDB to use in grafana dashboard

Expected behavior

aggregate the aws event in json format or influxdata based on cloudtrail name or cloudwatch log group

Actual behavior
