Missing Properties in SmsTextualMessage #32

Hi,

Some essential properties are missing in SmsTextualMessage, in particular, I noticed that 'applicationId' and entityId are missing.

thank you for using our library. We've released a new version (3.0.0) that has these properties included. I'm marking this as closed. Feel free to reopen the issue if it still persists.
