Add the support for the next IPv6 network from a IPv6 container.

This would close the issue https://github.com/infobloxopen/infoblox-ansible/issues/133

I have the same issue in my environment and need the function for v6 containers. Can't belive this isnt merged jet. What checks went wrong? The logs are too old to view them.
