dhcp_client_identifier for nios_fixed_address #181

Is it possible that there comes an field/var for the dhcp_client_identifier option for a ipv4 or ipv6 reservation? In the API of Infoblox it's already possible.

Please give an example if this falls under special options or options.

If possible, please build in also a boalean option for the: Match null (\0) at beginning of DHCP client identifier
