Add DNS / Traffic Control / DTC features #274

We are using the provider quite frequently in a large cloud environment. Besides the usual network / host record / etc. configuration, we are also using the DTC features quita a bit. At the moment, we have to use a mixture of terraform configurations and other scripts to manage both because the terraform provider does not support DTC.

Are there any plans to support DTC objects in the future? If not yet, can this be added to the roadmap please?

@ranjishmp I routed this to the customers DNS team and they've opened a support request.

Might be doable as Ansible has a set of modules supporting it as well - https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/infoblox/nios_modules/index.html

We have this on my roadmap. We will address this based on priority of asks we have in backlog.
