Host plugin on Terraform registry rather than Github #278

It seems when downloading the provider it pulls from GitHub rather than the registry itself which causes it to be blocked by our firewalls at points. We have been getting inconsistent downloads from this but other providers (i.e Hashicorp TF) have no issues. Is there a way you can host it directly on the TF registry
