You should be using passlib==1.7.1 instead passlib==1.6.5

Version 1.7.x function name is passlib.utils.binary.ab64_encode (Used in Faraday) Version 1.6.x function name is passlib.utils.ab64_decode hence the error you get about no binary module

Try with pip install passlib -U and then check is version 1.7.1
