Cannot find CSV of Mitre Project, Vulnerability Database Empty #433

I just recently installed v3.15.0 of Faraday and cannot find the Vulnerability Database that is said to come with in this link..

The CSV section of this documentation states that there are also scripts that will create CSV files in the correct format from VulnDB and CFDB however they are also missing. I have looked around for hours and have only found broken links and no CSV files. Am I missing something? Thanks.
