Get rid of `ostrio:files` #796

ostrio:files is a Meteor package we heavily rely on and we want to grow out of Meteor. Functionality could be simplified. See https://forums.meteor.com/t/new-package-meteor-files-light-need-your-feedback/55061.

Currently, documents are not handled as files. But perhaps they should be in the future. Just make sure the chosen alternative could works with documents in the future.
