Add MuseScore generation for each lead sheet, as a downstream process from MusicXML generation. As per https://github.com/infojunkie/ireal-musicxml/issues/16 and https://github.com/infojunkie/musicxml-mscx/issues/1, the idea would be to supply to the MuseScore converter the "lead sheet" stylesheet to produce the desired output.
