Looper functionality #17

This PR addresses #5. The initial commit includes the following:

Adding new new app modes: "record" and "playback"
Record mode records the timing of button presses until Spacebar is pressed
Playback mode replays the recorded button presses in a loop until Spacebar is pressed
Go back to Record mode by pressing Spacebar again

Some UX and feature decisions need to be made:

How to activate record mode and start playing simultaneously ? Suggestion is to use countdown before recording start.
How to transition between modes? Spacebar is not available on phones. Look into Phone keys
How to clearly indicate the current mode? E.g. red light for recording
Volume (gain) of playback? Currently at 1/2 the "live" volume.

Added a rudimentary looping mechanism that is activated by cycling through "idle/pause", "record" and "play" modes of the looper. Cycling through the modes is done by clicking the button in the top-right of the app.
