The big set of tech consolidation changes for the Sinterklaas INFO Tech Radar release. :-) Please review carefully because I made a lot of changes and am not an expert in all our changes.

It seems that we are trialing or assessing a significant number of *aaS products. I am worried this will end up costing more of our margin than we would have hoped, or make us even more expensive as a supplier than we already have been. How we will have any control over this seems to me as the biggest challenge we will face the year(s) to come...

I think (cloud) cost monitoring and cost optimization will only become more important in the coming years for sure. By the way I think costs are not the only challenge in our solutions becoming more and more distributed and dependent on 3rd party SaaS services. E.g. data governance and data privacy, security and of course also monitoring are also important topics. We should indeed be very aware of these things and take appropriate action. Quite a challenge indeed.
