From https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29326767/unfork-a-github-fork-without-deleting/41486339#41486339
it seems that this can be done using GitHub's virtual assistant: https://support.github.com/?tags=dotcom-direct&q=unfork
Using the GitHub virtual assistant a ticket has been made: https://support.github.com/ticket/personal/0/2048540
Better to start from scratch and have our own repo not being a fork of https://github.com/AOEpeople/techradar because it is just a hindrance. E.g. if you update our fork from their repo all our work is gone etc. Just not handy.
