Modifies the environment variables used for installation to be aligned with chaise/ermrestjs (usage of WEB_INSTALL_ROOT).
Adds special make targets to allow installation of individual apps.
Moved installation guide to docs folder to be aligned with chaise/ermrestjs.
Cleans up unused files.
