Filter in source (Phase 1) #927

This PR will add the Phase 1 that is described in this wiki, which includes

Allow usage of filter (with operand_pattern) in facet definition.
If filter is used in a facet definition, don't offer No value option.

A big chunk of the implementation was already done and I just had to modify it based on the latest discussion as well as bug fixes.
