Reduce the size of annotation document #945

As part of page load, we're fetching all the schemas in a catalog. Since the schema document includes both the model and annotation, it's a large document.

This epic includes all the ermrestjs/chaise changes that would help with reducing the size of the document.

This Epic was created when we were still using Zenhub. We're handling epics differently and this issue is not needed anymore, so I'm going to close this.
