Currently hide_num_occurrences is set on an individual facetentry. A hierarchy-wide setting would reduce the effort of making a broadly-applicable UX change. This could be set on some annotation (e.g., display) at the Catalog, Schema, Table level, in addition to the current ability to set it on an individual facetentry.
