Retire the "data type" field #69

The legacy "data type" field was really deprecated as of the time we defined the "experiment type" field.

At this point, Data Type adds confusion and inconsistency. I think we should retire it altogether. This would entail:

changing the ermrest annotations so that 'data type' does not show up in the default list of facets when searching
do not use 'data type' in any of the home page bookmarks @crisaless if we are using it anywhere
make sure that all datasets have Experiment Types defined
drop the dataset_data_type and data_type tables from the model (in the most extreme)
