Curate Trevor's derived data (gene expression profile) dataset.

This is now in dev in a "temporary" state so that we can look at the data.

-- moved data its folder under /var/www/html so it can be accessed by the browser -- created dataset FB00000905 to link to this data and added temp link to the html content and a few basic tags -- Need to gather more information to populate, Description and other metadata tags that might be needed

The quantity of HTML pages is just too much. We have now added the original tar file to hatrac as part of the FB00000905 dataset.
