The dataset is set to curation but not experiment/samples metadata has been added

I think we still need to have Vu add the Experiments-Biosamples-Replicates for this dataset. Once that's done I can move the files to the corresponding Replicates.

Vu added the experiments/biosamples/replicates. @bugacov can you please move the files and/or let Vu know if you have any questions?

@BridgetDS ... I moved the files to the replicates. Can you review on staging and let me know so I propagate to prodiction

This has been pushed to prod. Clsing the issue.
