(#35) Fix the screenshot issue by removing html2canvas and manually adding SVG overlays on top of the osd canvas. More info in here
Add loadSVGAnnotations function that chaise is going to use to load annotations. I didn't remove the SVG query parameter handling since chaise is still going to use that for debugging purposes.
Introduce the following messages (I might change their names to be aligned with the existing messages):
osdInitialized: to signal chaise that osd viewer is initialized and it can send the annotations.
loadAnnotations: chaise uses this to load annotations.
annotationsLoaded: tell chaise that osd viewer has loaded all the annotations
downloadViewError: signal chaise that screenshot failed.
downloadViewDone: let chaise know that screenshot is done.
