This PR will add the required changes for #49 dynamic configuration. Most of the changes directly related to this epic are done in chaise#2027. Summary of changes done in OSD viewer:
Add new isRGB and pseudoColor query parameters. If isRGB=true, we won't provide the hue control. And pseudoColor dictates the value of hue.
Add a new message-passing configuration method. I didn't want to change the code that much, so while with the new change we can pass objects to OSD viewer, the objects have the same structure as query parameters. We could refactor this later and improve the quality of code related to this to pass proper objects.
Add a new button that allows users to deactivate hue filter (show the image as is without any additional hue filter)
