Responsive channel panel #90

In the current design, we're setting a fixed width for the panel. We should be able to improve this by dynamically adjusting the width based on the browser's width. Current design doesn't look good on very large or very small screens.

As part of this we should also experiment with the channel controls a bit. One suggestion is adding a +/- or </> to the sliders that would just increment/decrement the value. This would be the same type of control as the one that we have in the z-plane slider.
