Remove column Model_Group_RID and add columns Model_Group_begin_RID and Model_Group_end_RID
Update ihm_ordered_model_ihm_model_group_1_combo1_fkey to use Model_Group_begin_RID instead of Model_Group_RID
Update ihm_ordered_model_ihm_model_group_2_combo1_fkey to use Model_Group_end_RID instead of Model_Group_RID
