The ZYX_IMAGE_GRID env variable is not always obeyed #32

It seems that ZYX_IMAGE_GRID is not always obeyed as an override to the grid spacing metadata in the input image. This parameter wss meant to allow overriding incorrect image metadata.

A fix for this was actually pushed to volspy in the image loader utility module.
