it would be good to do more than use a local cluster. it is looking quite easy to do currently (despite trying and failing several times! time for anotheer go): https://cloudprovider.dask.org/en/latest/azure.html

this looks like it will be difficult for participants to set up, so i'll not do this for this iteration of pangeo lectures.
