3 years ago - include the name of a "Named server" to the string that will be hashed to form part of the Compute Instance name - this will ensure that we get unique servers for different "named servers".
- Prepend a "v" to the last bit of the Compute Instance name (the hash) - otherwise, in the rare event that the hash is all numbers (no letters a-f), it violates the AML naming rules (can't finish with minus sign then all numbers).
