How to handle BYO data #8

The model currently, two data types

Either open data - hosted public - Az Open data, AWS Earth, AI 4 Earth - we do this
BYO - private - we show others how to do this

BYO:

Not sure how to do this yet. People will want to share with other team members too.
We should find some examples. Gavin Shaddick might be a useful reference as too Met Office AQ Team.
