Capturing the issues with the dataset here so we can think about if we should address them and how much effort it is.

hourly files are 4d (forecast_ref_time, forecast_period, lat, lon)
all NetCDF Zarr or other might work better
More requests for extra prams such as wind speed/directions but...
- These are on different grids
the daily files have different times on them 11:00 or 11:30, the date is right but it causes some issues when collapsing the data.

@kaedonkers @maria-a62 @DPeterK - please add any thoughts you have.

Could we think about adding in pollution? Some evidence pollution linked to COVID transmission (although heavily confounded by effect of lockdown on pollution and Rt)
