Adding air quality data #28

Need to:

[x] understand what air quality data is actually wanted
[x] extract it
[ ] Add it to the documentation
[x] Push it up
[ ] Add it to the automatic MASS retrival, process and push script(s)
[ ] Inform the mailing list

Can confirm I have the extracting/processing parts down, though not incorporated with the other met data scripts. So subject to checking the structure/format is appropriate it can be pushed somewhere?
