Aim:

Ensure that all notebooks in repo work as Binder

Importance:

Nice to have

TODO:

[ ] Test that Binder builds
[ ] Link renv.lock to Binder config
[ ] Link environment.yaml to Binder config
[ ] Test all Jupyter notebooks run correctly in Binder instance

Notes:

Stretch goals:

[ ] Use RStudio?
[ ] Use Quarto notebooks?
