datetime picker validation #86

An uploader at RAF Linton had issues trying to upload from their iphone today. I can't replicate the issue on my own iphone but the issue was reported twice that the page doesn't allow the time/date field with the message 'enter a valid field' as shown below.

Had a second separate report of this error. The second instance occurred on iPhone 7, currently on iOS 10.3.1

Had this issue myself now on iphone 5S... This could become an inconvenient issue as the photos from the 360 camera come through phones... upload issue

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/datetime-local Input datetime-local is not fully supported in all browsers yet. This issue 'should' resolve itself.
