Find relevant StaGE and radar documentation to describe features #12

As part of the project we want to provide thorough descriptions of the features used for ML, partly to include in outputs like model cards and data catalogs. We should use existing science documentation for this, so we should more info on outputs of StaGE, radar data, MOGREPS-G etc. for this purpose. Any thought one where we could find this @arh89 and @hannahbrown7 ?

@stevehadd For StaGE processed MOGREPS-G, publicly, I think the best reference is probably this one: https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/binaries/content/assets/metofficegovuk/pdf/data/mogreps-g-parameters-may-2019.pdf

(It may be a little out of date, but it should be correct for the variables that are used for this project).

Although we're not getting our data from the DataHub, a lot of the information here is probably also relevant as well (regarding the underlying model): https://metoffice.apiconnect.ibmcloud.com/metoffice/production/global-ensemble

Would need to have a think about a reference for the radar data...

this relates to creating sensible metadata. We may want to link to further information from the data.
