the azure CLI is still a bit of a mystery, need to create a script to upload data from met office and get it working.

while doing this and trying to test the data exploration notebooks, I found that some fields that had previously been extracted are no longer present, so I have created #80 to fix this ASAP. @hannahbrown7 this may cause you some issues with testing stuff, but hopefully won't interfere with model training.
