explore list of weather warning as source of interesting events #23

our initial dataset is for storm dennis, which was chosen because there was a red warning for rainfall issued for that event (and a lot of rain fell!). It would be interesting to look for other events from a list of rain warnings. (we would have to filter out convective rain events).

Allied with this we would need the code / algorithm for deciding whether the rain is convective / dynamic, as described in
